5. We take complete responsibility of the Orders if it has been shipped to any of the major cities (metros), where we use “Private Courier Companies” (eg. Trackon, Sky king etc.) to ship your order.

7.AITAG BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason regardless of order being confirmed and/or payment has been received. Users will be informed of this and the payment shall be refunded.
8. If failure or delay in delivery occurs due to a user's mistake then any extra cost spent by AITAG BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

11. After 7 days of order delivery, AITAG BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable to register any complaints
12.This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement
